OUR COURSES
Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli was founded in the province of Venice in 1988 to train the future professionals of the pizza world.
It is the only school with a certified training pathway for its instructors and physical premises, classrooms and equipped workshops dedicated to professional training in Italy and around the world.
The training programme covers every aspect of the profession: from professional Level 1 to advanced training, from sustainability in pizzerias to new trends. We share techniques and knowledge to train the pizza chef of the future.
The school also offers technical and management consultancy, team-building activities, events and courses for enthusiasts. Working closely with our partners, we create value through a network of businesses.
